At Little & Long, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns for unused, unworn, and unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
✔ Eligible for a refund:
Items in original condition, with tags attached
Incorrect or faulty items received (we’ll cover return shipping)
❌ Not eligible for a refund:
Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
Gift cards or final sale items
How to Request a Return
1️⃣ Email us at admin@littleandlong.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
2️⃣ We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping address.
3️⃣ Once we receive your item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
📦 Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
Need a different size? We offer exchanges for the same item (subject to availability). Contact us at admin@littleandlong.co.uk to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll sort it out right away.
